Intellectual and Developmental Disability Involuntary Judicial Admissions
IDD Judicial Admissions:
- Is responsible for the OIDD involuntary judicial admission process pursuant to S.C. Code Ann. § 44-20-450 for individuals with an Intellectual Disability or a Related Disability.
- Serves as the primary liaison with the South Carolina Department of Juvenile Justice for justice involved youth.
- Assesses for needs and ensures provision of services for justice involved OIDD individuals to promote positive outcomes within the least restrictive environment.
