Shannah Wyatt Selected as DDSN’s 2021 Employee of the Year

Shannah Wyatt has been with DDSN for nearly five years at our Whitten Center, first starting as a Direct Support Professional and now a supervisor. She has flourished in her newest role as supervisor. It was this opportunity of growth that allowed Shannah to show her exemplary skills and abilities as a leader. She is described by her staff as strong, organized, perceptive, and dedicated. She has shown to have not only impeccable communication skills but a receptive listener as well. Staff and individuals respond well to her team-building skills and empathy. Shannah admits that even when she is not working, she is always thinking about her unit.
